Our History

Switch Air was established in April 1985 and started out as an air conditioning business. Ten years later Switch Air expanded its focus to include electrical installations and power solutions including earthing and surge arresting. The demand for a one-stop, data center service provider initiated a massive drive for knowledge and skill. Switch Air had to deliver such a service! Switch Air trained its staff and/or carefully sourced therequired skill to cover all areas of data center services. Today Switch Air is geared to offer professional services across the entire spectrum.

Operation

Switch Air specialized in all areas of data centre trading and achieved the highest standard of service by retaining core focus. Switch Air shed non-core business and streamlined its overheads, governed by central management to eliminate large company bureaucracy. The various departments of competency enable Switch Air to cover most services in-house and only make use of sub-contractors in high risk areas were warranties plays a crucial role. This relieves Switch Air of depending on other companies for quality and reliability. The benefits also include a single point of contact for customers with personalized interaction and flexibility.
